This role will support both the strategy and execution of campaigns across various channels to promote our business and help builders and remodelers optimize their strategies for success.
Skills We Look For:
- Graphic Design: Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, with an eye for creating visually compelling content.
- Copywriting: Ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy across multiple channels, including email, social media, and website content.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM platforms for managing client relationships and automating customer journeys.
- Web Development: Experience with Webflow for building and maintaining landing pages and forms, updating website content, and enhancing user experience.
- Familiarity with SEO/ Google Best Practices: Ability to identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement and knowledge of the best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Strong Analytical Skills: The ability to use trends and data to drive decision making

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across channels including email, social media, webinars, paid advertising, and more.
- Collaborate with team members to manage the day-to-day activities of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Marketing Team
Graphic Design Work:
- Create high-quality designs for marketing materials that reflect our brand.
Client Engagement & CRM:
- Manage CRM tools to improve client engagement and retention through effective follow-ups and re-engagement strategies.
- Develop and execute effective sequences that guide prospects through the customer journey, from awareness to conversion.
- Help support the Inner Circle Client Work, assisting with strategy implementation and communication.
Web Development & Landing Pages:
- Collaborate with the team to update and manage our website through Webflow.
- Ensure website functionality, optimize user experience, and implement website updates to support marketing campaigns.
- Develop custom landing pages, ensuring seamless integration with CRM and marketing tools.
Digital Marketing:
- Leverage SEO and Google optimization strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Assist in managing our social media channels, promoting engaging content, and cultivating community engagement through Facebook Groups and other platforms.
- Support paid ad campaigns to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
Content Creation & Management:
- Assist in the creation and promotion of educational tools, guides, and success stories that resonate with our audience.
- Support the Building Freedom Podcast, including episode planning and promotion
Email Marketing:
- Ability to develop and execute successful email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads and lead to conversions.
Event & Webinar Management:
- Plan and execute webinars, shows, and live events, overseeing setup, design, promotion, and post-event analysis.
Partnerships:
- Build and nurture relationships with key partners, industry influencers, and collaborators to enhance 4 Level Coach’s reach and authority in the industry.
Success Stories:
- Craft and share client success stories, case studies, and testimonials to showcase the impact of 4 Level Coach’s programs.
Book Releases (Strategy & Execution):
- Plan, manage, and execute marketing strategies for book releases, ensuring maximum exposure and sales.
Metrics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage the Marketing Budget and track expenses
- Provide insights to the leadership team on campaign effectiveness, engagement rates, and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience with digital marketing channels (SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising).
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Marketing Platforms and lead management strategies. (Go High Level, Active Campaign, SEMRush, Zapier, Calendly)
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and an eye for creating visually compelling content.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
Bonus (Not Required):
- Familiarity with the construction or remodeling industry.
