The Role
We’re hiring Vice President, Channel Partnerships who can build and scale a channel partner ecosystem that directly drives revenue growth across our global BPO services.
You’ll Be Responsible For:

Drive Revenue: Deliver $5M+ in partner-sourced pipeline within 12 months.

Build the Partner Engine: Recruit, onboard, and activate high-performing referral, reseller, and alliance partners.

Create Programs That Scale: Develop incentive structures, tiering, and playbooks that convert partners into revenue producers.

Co-Sell & Close: Work directly with partners to land enterprise deals in key verticals (e.g., utilities, healthcare, fintech, e-comm).

Optimize for Performance: Implement systems to track partner performance, attribution, and ROI.
What We’re Looking For:

5+ years in BPO, CX, or enterprise services with proven partner/channel sales leadership.

Track record of building $5M+ revenue partner programs from scratch.

Experience working with VARs, SaaS partners, consultants, and advisory firms.

Strong dealmaker. Executive-level negotiation and sales capability.

Clear understanding of partner economics, co-selling dynamics, and GTM strategy.

Operates fast, drives accountability, and delivers results.
