Paradigm has opportunities for Data Analysts to employ their knowledge, skills and techniques to deliver and implement initiatives and enable our customers to maximize their investments in their business processes and information technology. The role will be based onsite for our customers who are in Regina.

Each requirement we receive varies, but the skillset may include:
- 5+ years work experience as a Data Analyst
- BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics is a strong asset
- Relevant certifications such as aCAP \ CPADS \ CAP \ Cloudera Data Analyst \ EMCDSA \ MCADSA \ MCDAA would be an asset
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
- Strong (and demonstrable) knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (e.g. Business Objects), databases (e.g. SQL), programming (e.g. XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, R, Python)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Expertise in SQL, Azure SQL, Azure Dev Ops, SQL Server Management Studio and\or Azure Data Studio is an asset
- Experience designing and implementing Power BI or Tableau datasets, reports and dashboards
- Strong communication, organizational, planning and relationship skills
Duties may include:
- Collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data to support data-driven decisions.
- Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.
- Build reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking to measure business performance and success.
- Work with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize business and data requirements.
- Support process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending future-state solutions.
- Develop and maintain databases, data collection methods, and reporting processes.
- Contribute to testing plans, test cases, and validation to ensure results meet business expectations.
- Monitor data quality, performance indicators, and analytics processes to identify improvements.
- Partner with project, technical, and business teams to deliver accurate reporting and analytics outcomes.
