Shack Shine is North America's leading home detailing brand (window washing, gutter cleaning, house washing, pressure washing, and Christmas lights). We're hiring a Sales Manager to own field sales for our Delta, Surrey, Richmond, Langley territory: estimating jobs, quoting accurately, and building the commercial relationships that keep revenue coming back.
What you'll do
- Run field estimates for residential and commercial jobs, including roof cleaning and Christmas lights
- Build recurring relationships with property managers, facilities managers, and strata contacts
- Send same-day, accurate quotes using our approved pricebooks
- Door-knock and prospect when there are no estimates booked
What we're looking for
- Comfortable quoting, negotiating, and asking for the close
- Organized — you'll be expected to keep every quote and follow-up logged and on time
- Valid BC driver's licence and reliable vehicle for job-site visits
- Prior sales, estimating, or customer-facing experience is a strong asset
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a strong asset

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
