We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our Mercedes-Benz Burlington Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking and is very organized. As a Sales administrator, you will be supporting the Sales Department in many administrative duties.
What you will do:

Stock in vehicles as they arrive at the dealership, preparing pouches and key tags
- Maintaining Dealer Management system with vehicle details
- Preparing and posting of vehicle invoices
- Facilitating dealer trades with neighboring dealerships
- Communicating to appropriate team members status and requests updates on the vehicles
- Licensing with the MTO
What you will bring to the role:
A proven track record of superb teamwork
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on excel skills
Self-starter who can work independently, while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
You have excellent communication, problem solving, task planning, and organizational skills.
