The Role
We are seeking one skilled, enthusiastic, and reliable Server/Bartender to join our team. This is a permanent, year-round position designed for a hospitality professional who enjoys the unique pace of a seasonal destination.
Note on Schedule: This role offers long-term stability with short, planned seasonal layoffs during the transition periods between the golf and ski seasons.Your Responsibilities
- Craft the Experience: Greet guests professionally, take accurate orders, and provide expert recommendations on spirits and cocktails.
- Mixology & Service: Prepare a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and speed.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly monitor alcohol consumption to prevent over-intoxication; adhere to all AGLC standards and company policies.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized bar area, handle cash/POS transactions accurately, and follow all food safety procedures.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food orders are delivered promptly and correctly.
The Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of bartending or high-volume serving experience is required.
- Compliance: MUST have current ProServe credentials and a full working knowledge of the AGLC handbook.
- Local Focus: We are currently only considering local residents.
- Availability: Ability to work a consistent 32–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
- Skills: Strong time management, basic math for cash handling, and proficiency in modern mixology and drink recipes.
Compensation & Benefits
