Mits Airconditioning Inc is an HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Cond.) Distributor with head office in Mississauga and branches in Barrie, London and Windsor, Ontario.
We are growing and looking for a results-driven Sales Representative for our Windsor, Ontario Branch. Suitable candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills to actively present, promote and sell HVAC products to existing and prospective customers, as well as:
- Maintain and further develop business and customer relationships
- Knowledge of Hydronics an asset to develop this division at the Windsor branch
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Ability to travel within Southwestern Ontario as needed to visit and establish new customers
- Base Salary plus commission and travel compensation package (negotiable)
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative and must have product knowledge of Heating, Air conditioning and Ventilation and of ductless systems.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and educate customers about the products
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Able to interpret blueprints/mechanical drawings and knowledge of project management
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- CET, CTech qualifications preferred
- Min 3-5 years of experience in an HVAC sales environment
