In this new and exciting role, you are responsible for the operational activities relating to the MCC 360 product. You will oversee the Survey Service Delivery (SSD), ensuring continuity of operations to achieve strategic program objectives. Playing a key role in stakeholder engagement, you will build strong relationships to ensure ongoing client satisfaction with the product.
Your key responsibilities would include:
Develop survey service delivery objectives and KPI’s
Oversee all SSD activities and delivery of SSD services, ensuring high quality and adherence to schedules/timelines and KPI’s
Develop operational workplans, ensuring adequate resourcing for the onboarding of new clients
Develop a quality assurance program and ensures SSD products adhere to quality standards
Support Business Development in providing product training and presentations as required
Work with new client organizations to understand their needs and resolve issues
Lead the onboarding of new client organizations, ensuring business readiness
Collaborate with the Medical Education Unit on product development and evolution
Manage change and ensures business readiness for any product changes impacting survey service delivery
Serve as SSD subject matter expert in requirement gathering sessions and/or other discussions relating to IT systems used to support MCC 360 SSD
Manage performance, set priorities, and provide timely feedback and coaching
As an ideal candidate, you would bring:
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English; French a strong asset
Post-secondary degree or related equivalent experience
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience leading teams
Experience coordinating or managing Projects/Programs
Experience managing relationships with clients/stakeholders
Experience with user acceptance testing, developing processes, and training
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn and work with internal database systems
Strong technical skills using various software applications and an understanding of system interfaces and business requirements
Strong project/program management skills
Leadership skills in managing performance and coaching staff
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build relationships with clients
Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure with tight deadlines
Ability to maintain confidentiality and to be tactful and discrete
