Local Maple Ridge Property Developer looking for a 2nd or 3rd year architect student who is needing and wanting some part-time work (and experience).
The job will encompass planning and future subdivisions in the Thornhill area. Developer is designing an area encompassing approximately 80 acres and doing preliminary pre-neighborhood concept work.
MUST be familiar and fluent with software needed to layout subdivisions with road structuring.
Should have reasonable knowledge on how to read zoning plans from the city.
This is an exciting venture and great opportunity for the right person and will benefit your portfolio.
Offering $45 to $60 an hour (depending on year).
