TRNT Education Institute is an education institution located in the heart of downtown Vancouver. We currently serve hundreds of high school students and work with a team of strong subject teachers across different academic areas. We also maintain close collaborations with former admissions officers from world-renowned universities, including Ivy League institutions.
We are now looking for outstanding teachers across multiple subject areas to join our team. The ideal candidate is not only a part-time instructor, but also someone who may be interested in participating in curriculum development, textbook and material design, competition training system building, and long-term academic project collaboration.

Responsibilities:
Depending on their area of expertise, teachers may be responsible for some or all of the following:
- Delivering one-on-one or small-group lessons;
- Creating customized study plans based on students’ academic levels and goals;
- Participating in curriculum design and course development;
- Selecting, organizing, and developing teaching materials;
- Designing lesson handouts, practice questions, assignments, and stage-based assessments;
- Building student evaluation systems and academic feedback mechanisms;
- Tracking student progress and providing periodic learning summaries;
- Designing training pathways, practice systems, and mock tests for competition-based courses;
- Working with the teaching team to improve and refine the overall curriculum system;
- Participating in long-term curriculum development, academic project design, and educational product building.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who have the following experience or background:
- Strong familiarity with relevant academic systems, such as the BC Curriculum, AP, IB, SAT/ACT, and major academic competitions;
- Strong subject knowledge and clear teaching communication skills;
- Prior teaching experience at a high school, university, or educational institution is preferred;
- University teaching, teaching assistant, or research experience is preferred;
- For competition-related subjects, candidates should be able to provide personal competition results, teaching results, or student achievement records;
- Experience in textbook design, curriculum development, teaching material organization, or question design is preferred;
- Experience in competition question writing, exam design, judging, or training programs is preferred;
- Ability to adjust teaching methods according to different student levels;
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to participate in long-term high-quality curriculum development;
- Candidates who can teach in person in Vancouver are preferred, although outstanding remote instructors may also be considered.
