Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area, including dining spaces and kitchen equipment.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle food safely and adhere to all health regulations and safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating food supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.
- Perform barista duties as needed, including preparing coffee and specialty beverages.
- Support other staff members in various roles within the food service environment.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience or background in the food industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and serving methods.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Barista experience is a plus but not required.
