We are looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist who is passionate about providing exceptional care to our patients and their families. If you are organized, dependable, and enjoy building positive relationships while keeping our office running smoothly, we would love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and their families with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments to create a positive and efficient experience for our patients.
- Manage daily appointment flow, recalls, and confirmations.
- Verify dental insurance eligibility and help patients understand their insurance coverage and treatment estimates.
- Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims when required.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist patients with their questions and concerns.
- Process payments and maintain accurate patient records.
- Work collaboratively with our clinical team to provide an exceptional experience for every patient and family.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental reception or administrative role is required.
- Strong understanding of dental insurance plans and insurance processing.
- Excellent scheduling, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Friendly, compassionate communication skills with a genuine commitment to patient and family care.
- Experience with dental practice management software is considered an asset.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
