General Labourers
To work at our Suncor 4.5 Project in the Fort McMurray area
SALARY: Up to $30.51 per hour
OVERTIME: After 8 hours in a day, or 40 hours in a week
TRAVEL: based on location
START DATE: Aug 19th, 2026
SCHEDULE: 14 days on, 7 days off
HOURS PER DAY: 10 hours per day
PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly Pay (Friday)
SHIFT: Dayshift
ACCOMODATIONS: Camp
DURATION: 11 months
WORK SCOPE: Brownfield
Requirements:
- 6+ months of industrial construction experience
- ESC Fire Watch ticket is an asset
- Clean drivers abstract required
- Concrete finishing experience
- Ability to work with others to achieve goals
- Stand or walk for long periods of time
- Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift items weighing more than 50 pounds with assistance
- valid CSTS 2020 version
- ESC Fall Protection
- ESC Elevated Work Platform (EWP/AWP)
- WHMIS 2015
- Field Ergonomics - ESC
- H2S Awareness
- OHS Legislation Awareness
- Wood Buffalo Wildlife Awareness
- Confined Space
Responsibilities:
- Fire Watch (when workers performing hot work)
- Complete all required safety documentation
- Safety Monitoring - For activities including, but not limited to: blinding, blanking, valve removal piping, etc.
- Working at heights and outdoors
- Driving a company vehicle
- Act as a tool runner
- Spotting for heavy equipment (Guiding movement in and around work areas)
· May perform other related duties as assigned
Pay: $30.51-$35.70 per hour
