Skybound Management is hiring a full-time Customer Enrollment Associate to join our Winnipeg sales and development team. You'll meet customers who have no idea what they're paying for. The Customer Enrollment Associate reviews their current bill line by line, removes unused features, and shows them a better bundle with Internet, TV, and home phone.
As a Customer Enrollment Associate, you’ll get product familiarization and onboarding support to master the details of Internet, TV, and home phone service options. Your sales expertise will shine as you assist customers with enrollment in person. This Customer Enrollment Associate position combines sales enrollmrent with customer service excellence.
Core Functions of the Customer Enrollment Associate
- Guide customers in exploring Internet, TV, and traditional home phone services while assisting them through enrollment completion in person.
- Drive sales engagement by presenting service bundles as valuable, easy-to-understand solutions.
- Lead customers through the enrollment process, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and a seamless transition to new services.
- Identify ways to elevate sales by introducing upgraded service packages during enrollment conversations.
- Deliver engaging interactions that encourage trust and simplify both sales decisions and enrollment steps.
- Maintain consistent results by achieving sales targets and ensuring enrollment quality standards are met.
