Are you passionate about crafting exceptional coffee and delivering outstanding customer service? Nita Lake Lodge is seeking a friendly, energetic Barista to join our Fix Café team. In this role, you’ll be a key part of creating unforgettable guest experiences in our stunning lakeside location.
What You’ll Do:
Craft high-quality coffee, tea, and beverages with precision and care. Provide warm, professional service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed. Operate the POS system efficiently and handle cash transactions. Prepare and serve food items, including sandwiches, pastries, and smoothies. Maintain cleanliness and organization, adhering to health and safety standards. Assist in training new team members and support daily opening/closing routines.
What We’re Looking For:
A customer service superstar with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management. Previous café or barista experience (preferred, but not required). Knowledge of food safety standards and "Serving it Right" certification. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
