Presentation & Multimedia Designer (Contract)
Part-Time | 100% Remote | Four-Month Contract
HR Proactive Inc. develops premium workplace training programs, eLearning courses, facilitator guides, and compliance resources sold across Canada. We are looking for a talented Presentation & Multimedia Designer who can transform content into visually engaging, professional learning materials.
This is not an administrative PowerPoint position. We are seeking someone with exceptional design skills who can produce presentation-quality work suitable for commercial publication.
What You'll Do
Working with our instructional design and content development team, you will:
- Design professional, visually appealing PowerPoint presentations from written content.
- Create custom graphics, icons, diagrams, and layouts that enhance learning.
- Develop engaging video clips and animations for use within PowerPoint presentations.
- Produce videos from concept through to final edited product.
- Source and edit images, video, and audio.
- Create motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects where appropriate.
- Ensure all materials follow our corporate style guide and branding standards.
- Prepare presentation files that are polished, consistent, and ready for client delivery or marketplace sale.
- Collaborate remotely with our team while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
- Experience creating professional presentation graphics and layouts.
- Strong video production and editing skills.
- Experience developing short instructional or promotional videos from start to finish.
- Excellent visual design and typography skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- The ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop), Camtasia, Vyond, or similar multimedia tools is considered a strong asset.
Experience developing learning materials, corporate training, or eLearning content is also an asset.
Contract Details
- Part-time contract (approximately 20 hours per week)
- Four-month contract
- 100% remote
- Flexible working hours
- Opportunity for additional contract work following successful completion of the project
