We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Home Renovation Laborer to assist with residential renovation projects. The ideal candidate will help with demolition, construction, finishing work, site preparation, and general labor tasks while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with home renovation and remodeling projects
- Perform demolition and site cleanup
- Load, unload, and transport materials and tools
- Assist with framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and trim work
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Work effectively with contractors, tradespeople, and homeowners
Qualifications
- Previous renovation, construction, or general labor experience is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg)
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license is an asset
