Residential Cleaner
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Residential Cleaner to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide exceptional recurring cleaning services to private homes while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Fluency in English is required, while French language skills are considered an asset. Previous experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality is preferred but not required, as comprehensive paid training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness using company-approved cleaning products, supplies, and equipment.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules to ensure efficient completion of all assigned tasks.
- Communicate professionally with clients and management regarding cleaning requirements, preferences, and service updates through the Jobber app.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all provincial health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field is an asset but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- French language skills are considered an asset.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
- Experience with Jobber or similar operations management software is preferred; training will be provided.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between client locations.
- Must have a clean criminal record and be able to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check as a condition of employment.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Pay: $19.08-$21.22 per hour
