Experience Required:
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
- French-speaking candidates preferred
The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for delivering infrastructure deployment services, including the physical installation of hardware and the logical configuration of operating systems and software solutions. The individual will work independently or as part of a team and must be able to quickly absorb training and become productive in deploying solutions within a short timeframe.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with server technologies, including Windows and Linux environments
- Working knowledge of storage and networking concepts (Layer 1 and Layer 2)
- Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and administering Microsoft and Linux operating systems
- Experience with VMware environments; VCP certification is a plus
- Experience configuring and deploying network switches
- Knowledge of SAN and NAS storage technologies, including Fibre Channel switches
Ability to perform rack-and-stack activities, including hardware installation, cabling, and deployment of rack-mounted servers and switches.
