ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Supervisor, you will be a critical member of our store management team, responsible for overseeing operations during assigned shifts. The role is fast-paced and requires the ability to ensure efficient store performance, uphold service quality, and maintain high operational standards. You will lead by example, actively participating in beverage creation and customer service, while fostering an organized, clean, and collaborative work environment.

Job Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Shift Management:
- Supervise daily store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient workflows and strict adherence to company standards.
- Foster a positive, proactive, and supportive team atmosphere, encouraging collaboration and accountability among staff.
- Lead by example by actively participating in drink preparation, front-line operations, and greeting customers, especially during peak hours.
- Support store marketing and promotional activities during shifts, ensuring proper execution.
Quality Control & Training:
- Master various tea-making processes to ensure the taste, freshness, and quality of all beverages meet HEYTEA standards.
- Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing performance feedback.
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and tidy work environment and equipment upkeep.
Customer Service & Cash Handling:
- Deliver excellent customer service, handle orders, and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
- Manage cash register operations, ensuring accurate accounting and safe handling.
Inventory Control:
- Monitor inventory levels, accurately place supply orders, and conduct inventory counts as required.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Prior leadership or supervisory experience in retail, food service, or hospitality management (Food & Beverage industry experience preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service abilities.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required; bilingual proficiency in Chinese is a strong asset.
- Location: Must be able to work in-person at our Shops at Don Mills location.
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
