Role Profile & Qualifications

Target Background: Journeyman/ RedSeal with a pipefitting background or strong structural concrete experience
- Critical Requirement: Must be an active Foreperson functioning as a Site Superintendent-in-training, with a clear trajectory to step into a full Superintendent role within 12 months.
- Key Responsibilities: Must possess the capability to run the jobsite independently, independently managing daily operations, safety, and field supervision.
- Local applicants, or within 3-4 hours drive of Sparwood (LOA, plus travel and mileage paid)
