About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Parts Advisor who understands truck accessories and parts.
This is a customer-facing and sales-driven role. You’ll be responsible for fielding inquiries, identifying the correct parts for specific vehicles, preparing quotes, and helping maximize each opportunity—whether it’s a single install or an ongoing fleet relationship.
You should already be comfortable navigating vehicle fitment, aftermarket parts, and customer conversations.
What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming phone, email, and in-store inquiries
- Identify and recommend the correct parts and accessories based on vehicle specs
- Prepare accurate quotes and explain options clearly to customers
- Create detailed work orders for the installation team
- Order parts and coordinate timelines to ensure installs run smoothly
- Proactively follow up on quotes and open opportunities
- May require managing our showroom, including opening and closing, as well as light inventory
- Maintain organized and accurate customer/job records in our system
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive industry experience required
- Strong understanding of vehicles and how parts fit across different makes/models
- Confident communicator who can build trust with customers quickly
- Sales-oriented mindset—you’re comfortable recommending upgrades and additional products where appropriate
- High attention to detail (accuracy in parts and quoting is critical)
- Organized and able to manage multiple jobs at different stages
- Team player who can coordinate effectively with our technician
Bonus Experience
- Truck accessories or aftermarket parts knowledge
- Experience working with fleet or commercial customers
- Previous service advisor or parts counter experience
Compensation
- Starting at $27/hour, based on experience
- Potential for growth as responsibilities and performance expand
