RESTAURANT SUPPORT STAFF
Overview
The Courtney Room is seeking successful candidates for the role of Restaurant Support Staff, both food expeditors and hosts.
Positions open for evening shifts. Weekday and weekend shifts available.

If you have a passion for hospitality and want to develop your skills this is the right job for you.
Successful candidates will be trained for hosting, expediting and server support roles. Previous experience in an elevated dining environment is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Qualifications:
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
- Strong communication and multitasking under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience in an elevated dining environment is an asset
- Evenings, weekends and holiday availability is a must
- Ability to self direct
- Serving it Right Certification
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating timely delivery of dishes from kitchen to service staff
- Communicating continuously with our chefs and servers to manage orders
- Communicating confidently with guests
- Performing opening and closing/cleaning duties
- Delivering room service orders
- Quality control and checking for accuracy
- Adhere to service standards and procedures

Starting rate: $18.50/hour + gratuities
