Job Description:
As the Resident Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, prospective tenants, and vendors. This role requires high levels of initiative, customer service, and general maintenance abilities. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the property, including but not limited to leasing, rent collection, coordination of repairs and maintenance, and fostering a strong community spirit.
