BBVSH has specialists in surgery, emergency and critical care, internal medicine, neurology, oncology, radiology, and canine rehabilitation. The hospital has multiple procedure suites, digital radiography, laparoscopy, and a CT scanner. There is a full complement of digital endoscopy equipment. A C-Arm and an MRI (1.5T) are also available on-site. Our specialists and staff are enthusiastic, down-to-earth, and collaborative. Job Requirements:
- DVM degree (or equivalent).
- Specialization in Internal Medicine
- Experience an asset.
Job Duties:
- Diagnose diseases or abnormal conditions of internal organs in individual animals, herds, or flocks through physical examinations or laboratory tests, treat sick or injured animals by prescribing medication, setting bones, dressing wounds or performing surgery.
- Supervise animal health technologists and animal care workers.
