Overview
We are looking for Breakfast Attendant (Maternity Leave Reliever), where your energy and hospitality skills will set the tone for our guests’ mornings! Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and assist with their breakfast selections, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- Prepare and replenish breakfast items, including hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and beverages, following food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to proper food handling procedures
- Monitor inventory levels of breakfast supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation
- Assist with setup and breakdown of the breakfast service area before and after shifts
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in breakfast or buffet service
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience in serving or barista roles is a plus, demonstrating comfort with food preparation and guest interaction
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Hospitality background that emphasizes attentiveness, efficiency, and teamwork
- Ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining a positive attitude
- Familiarity with basic food preparation techniques is advantageous
