Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled E-Commerce Manager to lead and optimize our online sales platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, website management, and data analytics to drive growth and enhance our brand presence across various digital channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all aspects of our e-commerce operations, from website content to advertising campaigns, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing across platforms like WordPress and other CMS tools.
- Utilize SEO best practices, including keyword research and on-page optimization, to improve search engine rankings.
- Design and create compelling graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for website banners, social media, and marketing materials.
- Oversee website maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL as needed.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns through Google Ads, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform decision-making.
- Conduct keyword research to identify trends and opportunities for organic growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Monitor industry trends in digital marketing and e-commerce to recommend innovative approaches for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, Google Ads/AdWords, Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in website management tools such as Bigcommerce, WordPress; experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL is preferred.
- Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite products.
- Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to optimize campaigns and website performance.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including PPC advertising, social media advertising, content creation, and keyword research.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and user experience optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not mandatory based on experience.

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
