We are currently hiring enthusiastic, professional, and Pro Serve Certified Brand Ambassadors for an exciting new alcohol sampling program taking place at Wine & Beyond locations.
This role is ideal for individuals who are polished, punctual, engaging with consumers, and confident delivering key brand messaging in a retail environment.
Responsibilities
Represent our client's brands professionally at Wine & Beyond sampling activations
Purchase ingredients and prepare samples during the first 30 minutes of each shift
Ensure sampling begins promptly and on schedule
Serve beverage samples and accompanying chips to consumers
Communicate key product messaging and engage customers confidently
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sampling area
Transport and maintain program assets as required
Purchase recipe-specific ingredients at the beginning of shifts (reimbursement process/details to be provided)
Submit a TL report and clear photos after every shift
Requirements
Valid Pro Serve certification (mandatory)
Must be available for multiple shifts throughout the program
Strong punctuality and reliability — Wine & Beyond locations are extremely strict regarding timing and setup
Professional, polished appearance and excellent communication skills
Comfortable interacting with consumers and promoting products
Ability to follow recipes and preparation guidelines accurately
Must wear own professional black attire during shifts
Must be reliable with post-shift reporting and photo submissions
Important Program Expectations
Punctuality and reporting are critical for this program. Any BA who arrives late, fails to begin sampling on time, or does not submit the required TL report and photos after their shift may be removed from the program.

Wine & Beyond Emerald Hills 12:30pm - 5pm : July 11, 18, 25
Wine & Beyond Windermere 2:30pm - 7pm : July 10, 17, 24, 31
Wine & Beyond St. Albert 2:30pm - 7pm : July 9, 16 23
*Must be available for most days and have access to a car to transport the assets
Pay rate:
$28/hr + $25/shift (for commute)
