We work with our drivers to keep them:
Our drivers earn on average $88,000 and up to $110,000
$72,000 a year guaranteed minimum!* We have a great track record of paying drivers better than the industry standard. We are so confident in that record we guarantee it! 11,000 miles a month? Not a problem, we like to keep trucks and you moving, we are extremely busy and we have as many miles available as you want.
We pay layover and detention time! If you are laid over because of us we make sure you are not losing money (psst remember that $72,000 is guaranteed a year ;)

We take pride in the equipment we run, and because of that, we have our own fully licensed HD mechanic shop. When you are at home we make sure you are greased, washed and ready to go so you can spend your home time at home. We don’t slip seat! Your truck is your domain. It stays the way you want it and feels like your own truck.
Want Safety?
We beat the industry standards by 20% according to FMCSA.
We have dedicated onsite training, 24 hr on-call operations and equipment support.
Our maintenance program is second to none.

If you join our family we maximize your time at home. That is why we aim to have you home between 5-10 days and when you are in Coaldale we will grease your truck, maintain it and wash it. That’s 100+ hours a year that you are doing the things that are important to you!
