Key Responsibilities
- Client Intake: Greet prospective clients warmly via phone and email.
- Triage Calls: Match clients with the right therapist based on needs.
- Scheduling: Manage complex calendars for multiple practitioners.
- Billing & Invoicing: Process payments, invoice and billing.
- Data Management: Maintain secure, confidential electronic health records (EHR).
- Communication: Respond to inquiries with extreme professionalism and timely care.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in medical or clinic administration.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Jane App.
- Privacy Knowledge: Firm understanding of PIPA laws.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills.
- Environment: A quiet, private home office with secure internet.
