Part-time Blind and Curtain Installer / Window Construction Schedule Manager
This position is suitable for candidates with experience in architecture, interior design, or construction. Candidates must be able to understand architectural drawings, install window covers accurately and efficiently, and manage schedules and estimates.
Key Responsibilities
Installing blinds, roller shades, zebra blinds, curtains, and motorized window covers
Reading and interpreting architectural drawings and window specifications
Measuring and verifying window dimensions on-site
Creating a systematic list of window sizes for fabrication and installation
Coordinating installation requirements with project managers, contractors, and designers
Providing high-quality workmanship and professional customer service
Preferred Qualifications
We prefer candidates with the following qualifications: Educational Background in the following fields:
Architecture
Architectural Technology
Interior Design
Construction Technology
Related Technical Fields
Or Experience in the following fields:
Window Hiding Installation
Interior Finishing
Construction or Remodeling Projects
Architectural Drawing or Estimating
Preferred Skills
Ability to read architectural window specifications and floor plans
Experience with measuring tools and installation equipment
Understanding of residential and commercial construction environments
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
