Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of hood fan cleaners to achieve excellence
- Oversee and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in commercial kitchens
- Perform hood fan cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and pristine environment
- Utilize hand and power tools specific to hood fan cleaning
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Conduct custodial duties, including trash removal and equipment maintenance
- Handle heavy lifting as required for cleaning tasks
Skills
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Strong time management skills for efficient task completion
- Experience in commercial kitchen or hood fan cleaning is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to lead and train team members
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures for kitchen exhaust systems
- Capable of heavy lifting when needed
