Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM initially during training. The schedule will eventually increase to Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Full-time hours: are 39 hours per week.
Position Overview
We are looking for a professional, friendly, and reliable Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join an office environment in the home improvement industry.
The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking on the phone, communicating with customers, handling data entry, working with numbers, filing documents, and supporting general office administration. Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Greet and communicate with customers, visitors, and internal team members
- Assist with data entry and administrative record keeping
- Support basic accounting-related tasks and work with numbers accurately
- Organize, file, and maintain documents
- Provide general office and clerical support as needed
- Work closely with team members to help keep daily operations running smoothly
