The Finance Manager is responsible for providing financial leadership and business partnership for corporate functional spend mainly related to IT and GBS which includes providing advice on budget, project costing, payback and other strategic decision making. This manager will work in close interaction with senior leaders at Director and VP level.
Coordination and management of global processes supporting the reporting, forecasting and strategic financial planning process for the consolidated corporate functional spend spend (>$100M)
Act as the finance business partner, accounting & FP&A lead for IT and GBS VP’s. This includes developing, preparing and presenting analytics and insights to the executive management team
Prepares, consolidates and summarizes monthly financial reporting packages including forecasts and analysis of financial metrics
Collaborate with various stake holders and prepare strategic functional spend planning and Annual operating plan for IT and GBS organization.
Collaborates with stakeholders across functions and geographies to drive corporate spend objectives
Provides coaching to other team members to ensure that best practices are deployed throughout the organization
May be responsible for global projects and act as a leader on cross-functional team initiatives
Responsible for preparing project NPV, payback analysis and other similar analyses to aid in decision making
Pressure test financials / budgeting within projects to ensure reasonability and accurate financial spending

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to summarize complex topics; proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel
Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion.
Ability to manage a complex global budgeting/forecasting/planning process
Strong understanding of financial systems, consolidation processes, and enterprise-level financial dashboards.
Perform detailed analytics and summarize key highlights and make recommendations to management for forecast and business improvements.
Perform financial sensitivity analysis against key factors and provide management with recommendations/solutions.
Strong work ethic, takes initiative, works independently, can balance multiple tasks, and manage tight deadlines
Ability to effectively lead and manage a small team (1-2 analysts).
Strong negotiation and problem resolution skills.
Good knowledge of global business environment and customers' business.
Good understanding of integrated business applications.
Seven to ten years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree required
CPA designation preferred
