AFS Aerial Photography Inc. has been photographing rural Canadian properties for over 67 years. We're looking for confident, motivated and experienced people to travel through rural Alberta selling professionally framed aerial photographs directly to property owners.
This is a door-to-door field sales position involving extensive travel and extended periods away from home. If you enjoy meeting people, working independently and earning based on your performance, this could be an excellent fit.
What You'll Be Doing
- Travelling through assigned rural Alberta territories using GPS-guided routes
- Visiting farms, acreages and rural businesses door-to-door
- Presenting property owners with professionally framed aerial photographs of their own property
- Building rapport and trust quickly with property owners
- Closing same-day sales and delivering the finished product on the spot
- Tracking daily sales activity and results using simple tools

Compensation
Typical annual earnings: $55,000–$70,000
Top-performing representatives: $70,000–$95,000+
Your earnings are directly tied to performance through weekly base pay plus our graduated commission structure.
Schedule Option 1:
Tuesday–Saturday | $700 weekly base + commission
Schedule Option 2:
Two weeks on / one week off | $1,000 weekly base + commission
Commissions range from 15% to 27%, plus bonuses, with uncapped earning potential.

Our representatives move between rural territories and may be away from home for up to two weeks at a time, so applicants should carefully consider whether this travel schedule fits their lifestyle and personal commitments.
We're particularly interested in candidates who bring maturity, patience, strong interpersonal skills and real-world sales, business or customer-facing experience.
Success in this position isn't about delivering a scripted sales pitch. It's about being able to have genuine conversations, build trust quickly and confidently ask for the sale.

- Comfortable travelling extensively and working full field days
- Comfortable being away from home for extended periods
- Organized and dependable
- A holder of a valid driver's licence
Significant sales, business ownership or customer-facing experience is strongly preferred.
Previous experience in door-to-door, B2C, fundraising, home improvement, automotive, real estate, commission sales or business ownership would be particularly valuable.
