Your role
As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be a key driver of our growth: identifying opportunities, reaching out to new clients, following up consistently, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings—while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What you’ll do (day-to-day)
- Prospecting / Cold calling: reach out to new schools, cities, camps, organizations, and parents to present our programs.
- Build and maintain a client portfolio through strong follow-ups (callbacks, confirmations, renewals).
- Create and send clear, persuasive, and competitive service proposals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and HR to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Use Canva to create simple, effective marketing visuals.
- Leverage automation tools (e.g., Make.com or equivalent) to optimize your time.
- Track your performance and consistently exceed targets.
Who we’re looking for
- Sales and/or cold calling experience (1+ year is a strong asset).
- Confident on the phone: able to persuade quickly and build trust.
- Organized, self-driven, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple follow-ups at once.
- Strong customer mindset and follow-through.
- Fully bilingual (French/English) – required
- Valid driver’s license + personal vehicle required
