Here's what we're looking for:
- Familiarity with the FLIGHT curriculum and Emergent curriculum.
- Enthusiasm and energy that's contagious.

- Flexibility, positivity, and a team player mentality.
In addition, candidates must have:
- A clear criminal record checks with a vulnerable sector screening
- A Level 3 ECE certificate: REQUIRED
- Standard Childcare First Aid and CPR training certification: REQUIRED
- Experience with age group from 9 months to 6 years: REQUIRED
- Food handling certification
