We are seeking a friendly and motivated Part-Time Vape Store Associate to join our retail team. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting vape products, accessories, and related merchandise
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers to enhance their shopping experience
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell products and promote special offers to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the store is clean and inviting
- Provide knowledgeable advice on vaping devices, e-liquids, and accessories based on customer needs
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products and store policies
- Assist in inventory management, restocking shelves, and monitoring stock levels
- Follow all safety protocols and store policies to ensure a safe shopping environment
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Prior 1 year of experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy retail setting
- Knowledge of vaping products or willingness to learn about the industry
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility for shifts during store hours
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm for sales, and a customer-focused approach
Pay: $17.60 per hour
