We are looking for a Program Manager - Strategy and Transformation who will be responsible for Market Strategies and Transformation. You will lead a variety of projects that will support our Market Operations, conduct analysis of the market and present recommendations to senior stakeholders throughout the organization.
Your key responsibilities
You create and implement a variety of analytics and KPIs for inbound and outbound activities while monitoring and measuring the impact.
You will lead a variety of Market Transformation Programs
You will look at current state processes, conduct assessment and implement best practices to enhance our operational efficiency
You will implement new service delivery models creating measurements and reporting structures
You will plan market meetings and processes for MSEP, GIC, Ambition planning, Account planning, MSL calls, OMP calls, Sector calls and the Canadian leadership team
You will conduct external market analysis and look for opportunities to create a best in class organization
You will review and support different investment and business case development activities
You will be responsible for the market organization budget
Skills and attributes for success
Strong analytical experience
Ability to transform and optimize existing processes
Ability to work at the executive level
Ability to build and govern KPI’s
Ability to analyze current state, building out a strategic roadmap, influence stakeholders and implement new processes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong Project Management Skills
To qualify for the role you must have
Experience leading Transformation and Strategic Projects
Experience creating and implementing analytics to measure success
Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Experience working with offshore teams
Ideally, you’ll also have
PMP or similar designation
Experience in Professional Services Team
