Job Overview
We are a garbage bin company that provides garbage bin service to the construction industry and home owners. We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and helping maintain a positive shopping experience for every customer. Some construction experience required
Key Responsibilities
- Make sales calls using company software
- Bid on Garabge Bin jobs using Buildpro and construction systems
- Create sales lead using diffrent marketing styles
- Sales call hours: Mon–Fri, 9-12PM 1-3PM (No Paid Lunch)
- Update the company's marketing software daily
- Send a daily email detailing the number of calls made and to whom. Verify using software
- Basic math and computer skills
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Maintain service knowledge to effectively answer questions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism
Sales Target
$100,000 in Bin Rental Sales Every Quarter
Minimum of five (5) bin rentals/sales per week
