Pharmacy Assistant or Registered Pharmacy Technician (Full-Time) Progress Medical Pharmacy – Scarborough, ON
Progress Medical Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated, experienced professional to join our independent team. We offer a permanent, full-time role with a focus on morning shifts and highly competitive compensation tailored to your experience level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver efficient, high-quality patient care and customer service.
- Manage prescription entry, preparation, labeling, and POS transactions.
- Oversee inventory, including ordering, stocking, and expiry tracking.
- Handle verbal prescriptions and verify refills (for RPhTs).
- Lead the management of weekly compliance packaging and billing.
- Take a leadership role in streamlining daily pharmacy operations.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a community pharmacy setting.
- Software: Minimum of 1 years of proficiency with the Kroll system.
- Communication: Strong command of the English language.
Note: Tamil fluency is considered a strong asset but is not required.
