Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and reliable General Labourer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to build a career in the construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled tradespeople with construction projects
- Load, unload, and transport building materials
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Assist with demolition, framing, decking, siding, and general construction tasks
- Perform material handling and site cleanup
- Follow all company safety procedures and workplace regulations
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience is an asset but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more regularly
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license is considered an asset

Schedule
Monday to Friday
8–10 hour shifts
Overtime available during peak season
Pay
$22–$30 per hour, depending on experience.
