Job Description:
- Work with customers to understand their needs & wants.
- Work with customers to answer questions or concerns.
- Develop and maintain full knowledge of all product’s available services, pricing, and key features.
- Follow the process as outlined by the sales managers for each customer interaction.
- Provide solutions for the team that will assist in increasing sales and enhance the overall dealership experience.
- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills. As well as strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Assist in maintaining the appearance and organization of our dealership, lot, and inventory.
Requirements:
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Excellent listening skills, punctual & reliable
- Self-motiving with excellent work ethic
- Valid AMVIC certification.
- valid driver’s license and a clean drivers abstract
