Job Summary
We are a busy Steel Service Center seeking a proactive and dependable Warehouse/Yard Worker to join our dynamic team.
Forklift Experience an asset but not necessary. Wage Negotiable based on experience.
Duties
- Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and cranes
- Pick and prepare orders accurately for shipment
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and operational guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization
- Conduct regular inspections of yard and warehouse areas to maintain safety standards and cleanliness
- Support shipping & receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient yard operations
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment is an asset but not necessary
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively throughout the shift
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
