Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Rental Manager to oversee our rental operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the rental process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading our team in the local environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent time management, and a keen understanding of nightly rentals, inventory management and ongoing guest experiences. The Rental Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of our rental management department while maintaining high standards of service.
Duties
- Daily operations of the rental department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and product availability to maximize profitability.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote rental services and attract new customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Proactively work with our team to ensure our online reviews are in the highest percentile.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales metrics and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery.
- Experience
- Proven experience in rental inventory management.
- Strong background with focus on customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability as a team player and team leadership.
- Proficient in math skills for pricing, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with rental operations or related industries is a plus.
