Tophay Agri-Industries Inc. is a well-established global company specializes in comprehensive agriculture(Timothy and Alfalfa hay) and livestock products (beef and pork meat)which mainly transported in ocean containers. Our global business market including China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam and the United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator Assistant for our Vanderhoof location. The successful candidate will report to the Administration Team Leader. Your passion for the agriculture industry, working experience of administration make you a great candidate.
- Oversee the office administrative activities; Handle office tasks, such as screening phone calls, filing, generating reports, setting up for meetings, arranging travel, Checking mailbox, and reordering supplies.
- Making phone calls with domestic hay buyers
- Updating incoming hay inventory and daily production record and filing documents
- Ordering Parts and Follow up
- Requesting POs and SOs in ERP; Request Petty cash Reimbursements in ERP and create Excel save in One Drive
- Maintaining Cash & Cheque deposit and record in Excel
- Updating sales order Tracking
- Establish work priorities.
- Coordinate and perform HR job duties such as assist recruitment procedure, maintain employee records, delegate work to office support staff by instruction, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
- Cleaning and maintaining office, make sure it is organized
- Warehouse monitoring
- Greet customers, direct them to contacts or service areas
- Arrange training on company policies for new employees.
- Other duties assigned by manager

- Two-Three years of work experience handling (assisting) office administrator.
- Proficiency in software: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills; Detail oriented
- Fast and accurate data entry skills with the ability to multi-task
