Overview
We are currently seeking motivated and safety-conscious Window Cleaners for ground and high-rise cleaning projects. This role involves working at various commercial facilities, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and window clarity. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work at heights when necessary. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in facilities maintenance and commercial cleaning while contributing to the upkeep of prominent buildings.
Responsibilities
- Perform window cleaning on ground-level and high-rise buildings using appropriate safety equipment and techniques
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized cleaning equipment to achieve streak-free results
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks related to window and building exterior upkeep
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed during operations
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate schedules and address any concerns
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned projects within designated timeframes
- Assist with custodial tasks as needed to support overall facility cleanliness and maintenance
Requirements
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service interactions
- Comfortable working at heights on high-rise projects with proper safety measures in place
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to window cleaning operations
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adhere to safety guidelines at all times
Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
