Duties
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify and acquire new clients
- Provide expert advice on various insurance products tailored to client needs
- Manage retail sales processes from initial contact through policy issuance
- Engage in telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and follow up with prospects
- Utilize analysis skills to assess client requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Maintain strong customer service relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums to secure favorable agreements for clients
- Assist with sales administration tasks, including documentation and record keeping
- Develop marketing strategies to promote insurance products within target markets
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency preferred) to enhance service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in insurance sales, outside sales, or retail sales environments
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Strong analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable policies
- Customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction
- Ability to work independently in a proactive manner while collaborating with team members
- Multilingual skills, particularly fluency in Spanish, are highly desirable
- Experience with telemarketing or marketing strategies is a plus
- Knowledge of sales administration processes and marketing techniques is beneficial
