Optical Center is opening a brand-new Optical & Hearing Care Centre in The Beaches, Toronto, this September, and we're looking for an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team.

Our unique multidisciplinary approach brings together optometrists, opticians, audiologists and hearing care specialists under one roof, allowing us to deliver comprehensive, patient-centred care.

What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic testing.
- Recommend, fit, program and verify hearing aids based on each patient's needs.
- Provide follow-up care, counselling and hearing aid maintenance.
- Build long-term relationships with patients by delivering exceptional service.
- Collaborate closely with our optical team to provide a seamless healthcare experience.
- Participate in the development and growth of our new hearing care department.
What We're Looking For
- Registered Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist licensed to practice in Ontario (CASLPO or AHIP, as applicable).
- Passion for patient care and improving quality of life.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, organized and proactive.
- Comfortable working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience is appreciated, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply.

Salary: Starting from $65,000 per year, according to experience.
