We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Natural Health Product Advisor to join our team at the Vitamin Shop in downtown Victoria, BC! This role involves guiding customers in selecting the right health products and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, possesses excellent communication skills, and is eager to educate and assist our customers!
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting natural health products tailored to their needs through personalized consultations
- Provide expert advice on health supplements, vitamins, and wellness products to enhance customer satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in Natural Health Product Advising role is preferred
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clear, friendly interactions
- Passion for health, wellness, and natural products with a desire to educate others on their benefits
Hours
- We are currently able to offer a successful candidate part-time hours to begin with.
Wage
- Starting at $21.00/hr subject to change depending on successful candidate's experience and credentials
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
